Refund policy

We really do our best to reduce the chances of this happening, but if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just wildly not what you ordered, we’ll replace it.

Email support@cosmorama.site within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital downloads or preorders already fulfilled
  • Limited-edition or signed items
  • Plastic-wrapped books or music once opened (unless defective)
