Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations work at Cosmorama:

Pre-orders and made-to-order items
Orders for upcoming releases, pre-orders, or limited editions may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that window, production and fulfillment are already underway, so cancellations can’t be guaranteed.

In-stock items
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email support@cosmorama.site with your order number and we’ll do our best to cancel it before it leaves our studio. Once an item has shipped, the order can’t be cancelled but may qualify for return under our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions or recurring orders
If you ever subscribe to an ongoing purchase option (such as a subscription), you can cancel any time before the next billing cycle by emailing support@cosmorama.site or managing your account settings.

Processing time
Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cosmorama is a small, independent studio, and every order goes directly toward supporting our authors and artists. We appreciate your understanding and your support.
